SHIPPING POLICY
The "Include Shipping" retail price includes shipping to any destination in the lower 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not included in our "Include Shipping" policy and must be quoted on a per item/order/destination basis.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES?
We take great measures to package our products to survive shipment. Unfortunately damage out of our control sometimes happens.
For orders placed after 06/12/24:
We’ve partnered with Route to provide protection for “in-transit” related issues. Please file a claim with the Route team here for quick assistance with your order issue!
For order places prior to 06/12/24:
There are three parts to getting a common carrier transportation damaged order fixed:
First, so that we can start the process of remaking and replacing the damaged item(s) please send us pictures of the damaged item(s) to sales@goose-gear.com. Please include at least one picture of the entire damaged item inside the same picture. Close-ups are good as well but we need at least one picture of the entire piece that sustained damage inside the same picture. Upon receipt of the pictures we can determine what parts need to be remade. Upon receipt of the signed affidavit from step three we start manufacturing the replacement part(s) immediately.
Second, so that we can initiate a damage claim with the insurance company please send us all of the following:

A picture of the shipping label on the damaged box(es)

A picture of the entire damaged box (entire damaged box inside the same picture)

Close-ups of the box damage

Picture(s) of the packaging material used inside

At least one picture of the entire piece that sustained damage showing the entirety of the damaged piece in the same picture

Any other detail pictures you think will help the claims adjuster
Third, please fill out and return the signed affidavit that will be attached to our response including your statements describing the condition of the package upon arrival. Receipt of this document by Goose Gear will initiate the production process of re-making your damaged part(s) and allow us to initiate the insurance claims process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Goose Gear does not ship internationally. All shipments from Goose Gear must be heading to a USA destination. We cannot ship to US territories. We cannot ship to APO addresses.
Goose Gear is a build-upon-order manufacturer with a network of 200+ dealers across the USA. We do sell direct to the general public but only to customers inside the United States. We do not sell to or ship to any end customer outside of the United States. But… we have a solution!
Our international customers can register with a USA based freight forwarder. The USA freight forwarder's address essentially becomes the international customer's USA address. The customer places the order using the freight forwarder's address as their USA address.
Goose Gear starts the production process and once the order is completed Goose Gear ships to the address of the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder handles the cross water and cross border shipping and handles all Customs and Import documents and handles the destination in-country shipping directly to the customer. Two of the freight forwarder's we see most are MYUs.com and FishIsFast.com.
We recommend thoroughly checking the reviews of any freight forwarder you are considering!
Again, all international sales must originate through a dealer. Goose Gear does not prepare or provide Commercial Invoices or Customs/Export documents.
