Location: Goose Gear HQ, Huntington Beach, CA

Position Summary

The Customer Sales & Support Associate is at the forefront of ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for all Goose Gear customers. As a central figure in our customer engagement, you will be tasked with not only handling customer inquiries effectively but also presenting and explaining the technical aspects and values of our product line. You'll play a crucial role in addressing customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing invaluable feedback to our production team.

Proficiency with the Goose Gear website, along with a comprehensive understanding of our product fitment for various vehicle platforms, benefits, warranties, and more, will be vital. This position demands strong interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn and adapt. Alongside these responsibilities, you'll find potential opportunities for travel to trade shows and partnerships with esteemed entities such as Expedition Overland.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Prior customer experience and sales experience are required.
  • Prior experience in military, government, or local law enforcement sales and contract negotiations is a significant plus. This background can be instrumental in understanding some of our specialized clientele and their unique contract requirements.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated individuals will excel in this position.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Basic arithmetic skills: ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Capability to perform tasks that require sitting, standing, moving, and finger dexterity for prolonged periods. Occasionally, tasks might require walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with ZOHO Desk is a definite advantage.
  • Enthusiasm for overlanding and the automotive off-road industry is a must.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The position starts at $20/hr.
  • It's a full-time role; in-office attendance in Huntington Beach, CA is mandatory.

Production team member

Part-Time & Full-Time
Location: Goose Gear HQ


The Production Team Member is responsible for the production and quality control over the Goose Gear product line. The Production Team Member will be accountable for fulfilling dealer orders with accuracy and on occasion be responsible for providing technical information to customers and dealers. Effective communication skills and the willingness to work as part of a team are a must.

Fluency with the Goose Gear website and a strong knowledge of our product and fitment to the various vehicle platforms, benefits, warranties and the ability to effectively communicate each. Must possess good interpersonal skills, be able to take direction and have the ability to adapt and learn. This is an entry level position with a clear path towards full time and advancement with in the Goose Gear team.


No experience required; we will train you. Avid Overlander and/or off-roader a plus. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Must have basic math and accounting skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Must be personable, have good communication and customer service skills. Must be able to sit, stand, move and use fingers and hands for extended periods of time. May require walking, reaching above shoulder height or below waist, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds.
