Customer Service Representative

Full-Time
Location: Goose Gear HQ

Position Summary

The customer service rep is responsible for providing technical advice leading to sales and excellent customer service. The customer service rep will be responsible for answering phone calls in a courteous manner, process sales and dealer orders with accuracy and providing technical information to customers and dealers. The position is responsible for following up on emails and phone calls in a timely manner and gauging customer need. Effective writing skills and telephone etiquette with a professional attitude are a must.

Fluency with the Goose Gear website and a strong knowledge of our product and fitment to the various vehicle platforms, benefits, warranties and the ability to effectively communicate each. Must possess good interpersonal skills, be able to take direction and have the ability to adapt and learn. This is an entry level position with a clear path towards advancement with in the Goose Gear team.

Minimum Qualifications

No sales experience required, we will train you. Avid Overlander and/or off-roader. Must be detail oriented and self-motivated. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, prefer an AA or AS but not required. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Must have basic math and accounting skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions and decimals. Must be personable, have good communication and customer service skills. Must be able to sit, stand, move and use fingers and hands for extended periods of time. May require walking, reaching above shoulder height or below waist, as well as lifting up to 40 pounds.

Production Team Member

Part-Time & Full-Time
Location: Goose Gear HQ

Position Summary

The Production Team Member is responsible for the production and quality control over the Goose Gear product line. The Production Team Member will be accountable for fulfilling dealer orders with accuracy and on occasion be responsible for providing technical information to customers and dealers. Effective communication skills and the willingness to work as part of a team are a must.

Fluency with the Goose Gear website and a strong knowledge of our product and fitment to the various vehicle platforms, benefits, warranties and the ability to effectively communicate each. Must possess good interpersonal skills, be able to take direction and have the ability to adapt and learn. This is an entry level position with a clear path towards full time and advancement with in the Goose Gear team.
